In this resource you find a method for reflection of the NQT by videotaping several classes throughout the school year. An observation grid is suggested for use by the NQT and for discussion with mentors or peers. The videotape can be used for making relevant adjustments in the daily practice of the starting teacher. Tips for giving feedback are also included in this resource.
