As an schematic graph to use when you like to differentiate in lessons. You can group your students heterogeneous or homogeneous. Their are three types to group students - Learning status: What of learning / level (beaker/trophy) - Learning profile: How of learning /style (star) - Interests: Why of learning / motivation (heart) You can group your students in groups with the same type or with different types. Or they can work individually, one person can also be a group (SEN) The mirror in the window symboles the self-reflective mindset of students. The ethical compass shows that you have to design your lessons in function of your students. The magnifying glass shows the growth mindset of both the teacher and the student.
